Inquiries & Reservations

1) Simply e-mail our office to inquire about availability of the tour location and tour dates you prefer. We will promptly answer your questions via email and return a phone call to discuss trip details at your request.

2) To reserve space on a tour you can place a deposit using a credit card. Reservations are confirmed in the order that deposits are recieved.

3) Once we have processed your deposit we will send you a Registration Package.



Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable trip deposit of $300 / person is required at time of booking.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure date.

Our sea kayaking tours fill up quickly in the peak season. It is recommended that you reserve your space early to secure the dates you want.

Trip Registration
Please print the trip registration form, complete and mail back to us. The trip registration form also includes medical & dietary information.

Release Form
A Release of Liability and Assumptions of Risk Agreement is required to participate in all Blue Planet Kayaking Adventures Ltd. programs.

Travel planning assistance
Upon confirmation of your booking we will send you a pre-trip information package which includes helpful advice on packing for your sea kayaking trip, frequently asked questions and travel planning logistics.

Travel Insurance
Blue Planet Kayaking Adventures Ltd. strongly recommends to its clients & guests to purchase travel insurance. This can include trip cancellation insurance, medical or non-medical and evacuation insurance. Medical Insurance is especially important to visitors from outside of British Columbia and Canada. Some policies need to be purchased within a certain time frame of booking your trip.
