Organic greens, produce & eggs are sourced locally from Ragley farms. We never know exactly what we are getting, we take what's in season and have fun with improvising
Finest at Sea is an established “boutique style” seafood company. They are a source of top quality all wild seafood products of known origin including Rockfish, Halibut, Salmon, Tuna, & Sablefish.
Cowichan Bay Farms provide us with pasture raised poultry including our favourite, chicken leg confit. Like duck confit but bigger.
To complement each meal we explore the domestic wine industry and source the best available through Strathcona Spirit Merchants , specialty retailers in Victoria. The selection is always changing with everything from juicy Gewurztraminers and crisp Pinot Gris to rich Chardonnay and full throttle Cabernet.
It wouldn't be camping without a creative dessert to finish you off. We consult and contract the sauciest Pastry Diva on the Island- Butterchik.com delivers the goods strait from the land of milk & honey.
